Welcome to The Fridge! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our family calendar web application and any related SMS reminder services. By creating an account or using The Fridge, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use The Fridge. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Program:
The Fridge — Family Calendar SMS Reminders
Opt-In:
By adding your phone number in The Fridge app settings and saving it, you consent to receive SMS reminders about upcoming events on your household calendar.
Message Frequency:
Message frequency varies based on calendar events and reminder settings. Typically 0–10 messages per week per household.
Message & Data Rates:
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
Opt-Out:
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS reminders.

Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@missyventures.com.
Carriers:
Supported by all major U.S. and Canadian carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree not to use The Fridge for unlawful purposes, to harass others, or to transmit harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
The Fridge is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for missed events, delayed reminders, or data loss.
